Bayonetta - Has bigger hype behind it than GOW3.

LOL! GOWIII has major hype because of its pedigree. What does Bayonetta have? It looks like DMC except there's a chick instead of a dude.

Yakuza 3/Yakuza 4 - Western PS3 owners are clamoring for these titles.

No, Western PS3 owners have been clamoring for Demon's Souls, so Atlus brought it over. Who knows if Yakuza will ever make it over because the appeal of the game is narrow.

Alpha Protocol - Just read any one of the forums online and you'll see people are mega hyped for this sure to be Triple A title - Mass Effect meets James Bond from the developers of Mass Effect.

Any forum? What about this one? I've never read about it here. Maybe it was quick blurb and fell off the front page quickly. But how is that possible if the game has MEGA HYPE?!

Valkyria Chronicles II - Sequel to whom many people call the 2008 PS3 GOTY. Massive hype.

Resonance of Fate - Some people are calling this the Final Fantasy killer. Anticipation is through the roof.

Final Fantasy killer lol. If anticipation for Resonance of Fate is out the roof, then what is the anticipation for FFXIII like? nuclear meltdown?

Project Needlemouse - Sonic going back to his roots, has mega hype behind it.

From who? This is the first time I've ever heard about this game and I follow gaming news regularly.

Oh and what about the Napoleon game you metioned that's one of the "most anticipated" games in the next 12 months

There's not a lot of hype over Sonic HD because it was JUST announced like a month ago, and there hasn't been any news on it. All they did was post a shadowy logo and announce the code name for it. That's it. When they actually have some details out, you better fucking believe people will freak over it. a 2D Sonic on a non handheld console? people have been drooling over the prospect for years.

You need to start surfing the net more often if you haven't witnessed PS3 owners practically begging SEGA to localize Yakuza 3.

Actually I do browse GAF. I notice a GOWIII thread on the first page, and nothing for bayonetta.

How much would that title have sold on PC instead of Wii? IMO this shows the consoles are the place to be. You just have to make sure you have the right title.

Napoleon: Total War is one of the most highly anticpated titles for next year? I must have missed the memo

Out of that list, the only "highly" anticipated title is AvP, and that's because AvP has a large fanbase that would naturally be interested in a videogame, no matter who made it.

Of course it is, the Total War series is a behemoth, guaranteed million seller everytime, just like Football Manager, which is also owned and published by SEGA.

we'll have to know what GPU is that. if a radeon 3650, kind of, then it's about as powerful as the PS3 GPU but more flexible.

The GPU has LESS ram, and the CPU is overall less powerful due to being only single core and having less L2 cache. Now, if your code is single threaded... It will likely perform better, but multi-threaded stuff will be way better on the X360 and PS3.
