RAM - What does this mean?

I was looking at my mobo information in Sandra as (embarassingly) I've forgotten what make of RAM I have in my machine (and I can't be bothered opening it up to check). I know it's 2x512MB PC-3200 CAS 2.5 and that's about it...

Anyway, Sandra identifies:

Memory Module 1 : 512MB 16x(32Mx8) DDR-SDRAM PC3200U-2533-600 (CL2.5 up to 200MHz)
Memory Module 2 : 512MB 16x(32Mx8) DDR-SDRAM PC3200U-2533-600 (CL2.5 up to 200MHz)

The bit I don't understand is the 2533-600 part? What does this mean? I'm guessing it's do with timings but can't really interpret it. It's in an NForce2 mobo, btw.

Anyone?

A quick Google says it's likely Corsair memory of some kind, and 2533-600 likely stands for 2.5-3-3-6 timings, although Sandra seems to assign that string to more than one kind of DRAM.

Thanks, guys! I had Googled and come up with Corsair or Kingston as likely make, though I guess a lot of manufacturers probably source the same RAM chips. At least now I know how to interpret the timings.

I'll also try out http://www.cpuid.com/ - think I've used it before, but don't seem to have it installed ATM. Will try when I get home from work.
