Radeon MAXX on Ebay

I think it's more the principle that's exciting - Proof that ATi are still looking at implementing Maxx technology on there cards. :)

I'm not sure you can call it proof that they are STILL looking. The R100 was out well over a year ago! (maybe two?)

Maybe not prove, but hope! ;)

It does mix in well with the rumours of a Maxx-based RV250, and the references towards Maxx technology in recent driver sets however.
 
It looks like that board is designed mostly for multimonitor... is there a bridge chip on the card?

I imagine it'd also probably be hell to get that thing running in NT.

Oh well, it's still just an engineering board; we don't even know if it works at all.
