Well almost, they have some work to do on 2.6 but seem quite confident.

The nice thing is that you don't have to screw around with your firmware. They use an exploit in the GTA savegames.
This is the first time I have bothered with PSP homebrew applications as I didn't like the idea of borking up my firmware, but I can happily use this. Got the SNES emulator running on it and have tried a few games on that.
When it becomes more stable I will try running the scummvm
Maybe write a few apps of my own. (Might be an ideal time to play around with lua).
