PS2 & Laser

Guys i need to adjust (or replace - depending on the dignostics) my ps2 laser... and I have no idea where it can be done here in Toronto. Any directions appreciated

If you are burning "backup" games, it is usually because your disk is not good enough.

If you really have problems, try buying a second hand PS2, it is dirt cheap now.

My PS2 was having troubles with disks. It was a different probelm - no grease on the left head-rail. But opening it up was a doddle. There's advice on the 'net about the different screws you can adjust yourself. Perhaps you can try it as a spot of DIY?
