Give me a break. I just love it when a supposed expert screws up like this. Carmack never said the NV30 was twice the speed of a 9700!!! I sent Josh an email about this.

I didn't read the entire article, but now I wonder just how many other errors or guesses there are in it.

It will be interesting to see if he updates his article. I can only assume he got this info from the same Carmack note that we read.
