Open Source Spam Blocker

I know there is one called Spam Assassin, but that runs on apache, although it can run in Windows, with some modifications.

Is there anything that just runs in a linux environment, just install it and has a browser that you can set it up with?

Im a total linux noob and dont really want to dedicate too much time in the nuts and bolts of it all.

I've found 2 so far:

- Mailwasher server enterprise antispam filter | Firetrust Ltd
- Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy Server

Not sure which one is the best tho

I use SpamBayes which is available on SourceForge. I'm not sure if it fits your criteria as I run it on Windows.
