Does anyone know if the following conference proceeding:
is available anywhere online? There are a number of papers published at this years ISSCC involving the Cell architecture that I have been patiently waiting to appear online at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/ but it still hasn't happened. I'm hoping that there is some alternate source that I don't know about. Also if anyone knows the general lag time for such material appearing on ieeexplore that would be nice to know too.
