Old graphics card (link to 1 Mb picture)

I have stumbled on an old VLB graphics card that I'm likely to throw away, but I'm reluctant to do that before knowing what it is.

Here's a picture of the card (846 kb).

I can't even identify the company! The logo on what appears to be the main chip could be read as S3, but in that case it must be an old logo of theirs which I have never seen before.

It hardly matters which card it is, I'm just curious.

This is the best I can do: http://xjman.dsl.gr.jp/XF311/AccelCards.html

Ooooh, upgradeable memory, chip by chip! So long as you didn't bend those really-bendeable prongs!

Ya that's old eh. S3 805 is like their earliest chip. Probably doesn't even have GUI acceleration in much meaningful way. :)
