I see this game getting good reviews all around. Game Informer gives it a 9.5 (game of the month). Basically put, if you own a PS2, theres no reason to not buy this game.

This game is amazing for me. Art and technical look is amazing but also is great because unique style is much more than numbers like polygons and textures, like art.

Fnigers crossed, ignoring hardware, PS3 puts an end to this. Though I have found often the EU versions have a little more content and/or a little less bugs, so I've never minded waiting a few extra months for anything.

Okami, FFXII and maybe God Of War 2.
I think these will be the end of PS2 gaming for me, before I jump in the next gen.

I don't think I'd have time for yet another massive rpg, though RG seems very tempting.
I loved DQVIII, and still haven't had the time to finish it.

Rogue Galaxy, frankly, appeals a lot more to me than FFXII. I'd say check out that one FIRST, if you're going to choose between 'em. You can always watch XII's cut scenes on YouTube...

I can't wait for this game. Hopefully it does really well.

This, FFXII, Rogue Galaxy, VP2, and GoW2 are quite a way to "end" the PS2 generation.
