looks like nintendogs will have to wait. too busy with nanostray right now, and next thing to delve into is castlevania ds, which, low and behold, is already available at play-asia

Yeah I got the daschund version. You can unlock all 18 breeds ultimately no matter whichever version you start with. Training dogs can be quite tedius as it makes use of voice recognition. But time does fly when you are playing it

Are there any specific extras/bonuses for each of the versions or are the differences only the breeds?
Also do you need to connect to other DS users locally to unlock all the breeds or can you do it over the internet later on when Nintendo completes its online plans?
No extra bonus ... difference is in the startup breeds only.

ok, i succumbed and got the game. i have one question now: what is the most efficient way in the game for making money? my issue is that i want to get a different breed than the first experimental puppy i started with, but i've been constantly low on funds. i can't sell my present puppy, and what is rather annoying i can't restart the game fresh over with full funds. any suggestions? other than raising the puppy to a professional dog exibitions champion, that is.
