The game does look that good, period.

You can even look at the screens from Xboxworld.nl and you'll see the same quality. They're direct framebuffer grabs... nothing is touched up.

If the game REALLY looks like those shots, then it's a friggin miracle, Death... NO other XB game has managed to be that jaggy-free EVER, especially when it comes to alpha textures.

Forgive me for being a sceptic here, but we know NV chips don't have very good AA. ESPECIALLY when it comes to alpha textures.

Nothing has been touched up on the screens and there are in fact some jaggies if you look close. They were taken from a preview copy of the game by the fansite, these are not from Bizarre. The site even took some shots of an unfinished car that they shouldn't have.
