Need help

Temperatures are normal, I they really don't cause the crash.
Speedfan doesn't't have voltages logging option, so I can't log voltages and examine them after the crash.

As the "Corsair" suggested, today once again I ran Memtest86. Both RAM sticks completed the test successfully, without any errors. I also put my friend's 256Mb RAM stick to my PC and after some time it hanged. So, I decided that presumably the problem is in the motherboard or PSU...

you did run the ram individualy, and each slot? doing both is not a good test. Also are your casefans attached to your MB directly? Then the Digiway, is to make sure the PSU is clean blow air thru it...

Individually...
With fans is everything OK.
Now I'm thinking how to test my PSU. The best way will be to get less power hungry VGA, than my GF 7800 GT. Put it to my system and see if the problem remains...

Updating, you mean? About a minute. Just go to your motherboard manufacturer and download the latest version, in addition to their BIOS update utility. Just be certain that you get the motherboard version exactly right.

I have updated my BIOS and it seems that in this way I fixed a problem.
Now PC is running perfectly, without any crashes.
Thank you everyone for the help.
