So, after the latest Windows update I've been getting security warnings anytime I right click drag (like to move a file) a file on a network share. It doesn't matter if it's a video file, music file, document, or executable it'll pop up.
This obviously makes it a bit tedious to move files around and maintain my network shares. Is there a way to disable this? It never used to do this and it's extremely annoying.
The file is obviously fine, as there's no warnings when right click dragging the exact same files on my local drives, so yeah...
[solved] Evidently since the mapped drive is mapped via IP address, I had to use the old Internet Explorer control panel to add that address as a local intranet address. Weird that I never had to do that before.
