Movie SFX and VFX that are real? or at least close to reality

Almost drowned today, and turns out the "chugg chugg chugg" SFX and "blurry vision and haphazard head/camera movement searching for anything" was real!

now i wonder, what movie SFX and VFX are real? or at least close to reality
