The real game does seem to have nice self soft shadowing. The pic Mac gave looks like a real headshot over a game pic or a pic doctored to look like a game shot (like squarish hand). Looking good... hope it animates well and plays better.

I think mk pic has blue filter on (white blue?) which makes shadows and edges sharper.

Looks pretty good, but the shadowing is inconsistent. His arm inside his sleeve should be shadowed, and the inside of his jersey should be darker.
