AAAAAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!

I think I just had the most aggravating morning of me life and I'm scared to death that it just isn't over yet. My son was "sick" this morning and I had to finally draw the line about missing school and it SUCKS!!!!

I just put 'em both down for nappy and I'm praying it works. :?
 
Have a cigarette when shit gets you down or pisses you off, works for me. Or if you can't smoke, get a pen and just do the motions, surprisingly... that helps because your brain fills in the rest.

Thanks for the advice and that DID usually do the trick for me, I'd sneak out back and have a 2-1/2 minute cigarette and it would give me that little pause that refreshes and I'd be able to get away from everything during that lil nicotine rush. :)

Unfortunately ever since my heart attack/stent everyone gets on my case if I snap and have a cigarette, and I can kind of see their point...I'm not allowed to die anymore so I really shouldn't.

But it IS tempting! :?

Usually instead of a pen I just chew on a tie-tie or get some gum, it helps a LOT!
 
Smoke the pen, or something resembling a cigarette, you're blowing out air of course. Flick it too, pretend it's a cigarette, your body thinks your smoking and your brain just somehow calms you down because that's what it's used to when you smoke a real cig....

Weird yea but somehow it does the trick, breath deep too is the trick.

Yea well today I'm sad and terrible beyond belief... I'm gonna go for my break right now.

Having your own kid(s) always make you a better human being.

I have NEVER lost my temper when needing to deal with my 5+ year old son.

Wife is a separate matter, however.
