I've been doing shader replacements in Doom 3

I found out a couple things:

I don't like playing games with no textures.

The dark is very scary.

Without understanding the system itself I'm very much poking a stick in the dark.

I gained a 50fps boost when everything on the screen disappeared.

Wireframe rendering is the way to go for performance improvements on the R3xx line of cards.

Humor is always welcomed, sparingly in certain forums as the case may be.
