Small and real beats big and fake any day of the week. I don't understand how guys find fake breasts attractive. I have to look away every time I see a pair. It boggles my mind that Playboy etc. get people spending tons of cash to see them. Russ, I understand the biological obsession with ample breasts, but that gene just gets shut down whenever I see fake ones. Even if the odd one looks right, it still doesn't move right, and I don't get nearly the same vibe as from a real woman. Am I alone in this thinking?
Nope, the abilities are the same for small or big breasts. All it does in the evolutionary sense is deceiving men in exactly this thinking. And as you know, the more attractive people tend to produce the majority of the next generation, so the most desired features will get more and more common. Men in particular are quite visually orientated, so more obvious secondary sexual characteristics tend to hit those buttons buried deep into our caveman back-brains. Large breasts and hips = good mate for continuing your genes. I do agree with Mintmaster though. Fake tits are subtly wrong. They don't move right, they don't feel right, and more often than not, they don't look right. I'd rather have a woman with smaller real breasts than big fake ones. Still, big real ones are the best. From a personal point of view, a lot depends on the shapeliness and fullness. Smaller and fuller is better than larger and saggy. Still, larger and fuller are the best.

I know a few women with implants and they look good. None of them look like the overstuffed porn / Hollywood types which most seem to think are typical.
Yeah, if done well they can make your clothes hang well, but when the clothes are off is when they don't work right, even if it's been a completely successful surgery that has had no complications, rejections, scarring, encapsulating, shelving, etc.
Fake boobies look hideous. =c One of my aunts got implants after having her second child because hers started sagging pretty bad. Almost no size increase whatsoever, just a... 'lift'... so to speak... I haven't seen the results but supposed to be good. Oh well. Hooray for peoples' obsession with the stereotypical "buxom babe", eh?

The original news is that there is a growing request of breast implants for a gift, not that it's the "most common" gift...subtle difference? Subtlety is a lost art then...
I believe there are two current theories, why big boobs is considered sexy to most men. Its an evolutionary thing (predates any concept of nation...) 1) The real thing is hip width to waist ratio. It the dominant factor in successful child birth (so called child bearing hips). Which from an evolutionary point of view is "the sexy". Big boobs make the ratio look more. Its kind of a female fake way of saying "I'm fertile". 2) Large boobs sag faster than smaller ones, so its easier for men to determine the age of women with big boobs (before bra's and cosmetic surgery). Younger women are more fertile, so having large perky breasts signals to men, that again "I'm fertile".
