How's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory on the PS2?

How's the PS2 version of Chaos Theory? Have anyone here ever play the PS2 version? If so, how is it compare the Xbox version?

I'm thinking about checking the PS2 version out

I remember it beeing pretty crappy in boh graphics and framerate. Sorry, i can't be more specific but i'd say stay away from it.

The review I read in Game Informer a hundred years ago said that the levels were broken up by loading points that weren't in the xbox version.
Still, if you've never played it, it's a great game, definitely in my top 5 favorite games of the last gen, maybe top 5 all-time even, but that's just me.
