How to run an amiga demo with winuae?

Ok, so I downloaded this demo: http://www.scene.org/file.php?id=312797
I installed WinUAE.
I have all the kickstart roms
I have all the workbench 3.1 disks
I have created an empty amiga hard drive file
I have installed workbench 3.1 on said amiga hard drive file...

At this moment all becomes a bit fuzzy, how do I transfer the demo to the amiga hard drive file?

I have tried adding the directory that has all the files of the demo to a hard drive directory. This results in me seeing an empty disk thingie in workbench.

It seems like no matter which directory I add there, it always seems to be blank.

I don't know the demo, starstruck, but - have you tried the menu option Show All ..? If the disk still looks empty, then there is nothing there.

Edit: maybe not quite true. Perhaps the file is not in standard (Amiga)DOS format...
