How to buy 600,00 mt of coal?

. Seriously A friend of mine ,who is Chinese, is trying to arrange this purchase for a friend of his in China. The person in China works for the government and asked for his help, he in turn asked for mine. I have e-mailed all the largest coal producers in North America but Have not yet received any replies. Perhaps due to the amateurish nature of the request? Looking at the type of coal requested, ~5500 BTU, I would assume it would be mostly for energy production but that is just a guess.
