I've decided fuck it and I work out for an hour every day on my company's gym. Imo the length doesnt really matter that much, in an hour you can easily build the muscles you wang.

Good for you. This is a much healthier attitude. Don't forget the cardio though. All the weights in the world won't do much for your longevity or RHR. Might not seem important when you're young, but it's huge as you get older.
