Crts are superior to LCDs overall.
You can use more than one resolution without scaling issues, you get superior blacks and color etc.
Lcds are just bright and sharp.
When they make an lcd that is comparable to a CRT I'll jump on board but current lcds aren't good enough for my eyes.

3 year old LCDs kill image quality of current day CRTs.
CRTs look like crap, I cna't stand looking at the crap colours on a CRT monitor.
CRTs can't even distinguish between shades of very close colours and I mean those high end $1000 AUD CRT monitors which I initially wanted to buy but unfortunately cannot display colours for peanuts.
