The HoMM series has some of my most favourite games made to date, specially Heres of Might & Magic 2, 3 and 5. I have also HoMM 4, but I didn't like it that much -except the awesome music-, and I haven't tried HoMM 6 and 7 yet although I purchased them a year ago. I didn't bother with HoMM 1 despite I have it 'cos 2 and 3 improved the formula en 1 is probably more archaic, and I had never played it before.
