Does any current GPU feature full winxp acceleration for both transparency and antialiased fonts? If so, which one(s)? :)

I think the matrox chip had somethign along those lines weather or not it actually accelerators the gui atm is probably another issue. Because like the R3xx/4xx support WMV acceleration but in the past it hasn't been support by microsoft and possible still isn't.

Well, I know that nVidia's nView supports window transparency in any version of Windows, but I don't know about antialiased fonts.

WMV HW acceleration is supported by Microsoft through the DXVA interface. I think that you can handle anti-aliased fonts in windows (you can certainly accelerate clear-type in Win CE) . Not sure about transparency.

Parhelia has its own AA'ed fonts (Glyph AA IIRC). I don't think that was h/w acceleration of Cleartype, but rather their own implementation.
