This thread could be in Console Games, but then again it's quite general in the sense that this is some insane stuff, so...

Anyway, if the person who's playing got to do that without cheating in any way, than I can give, without any second thoughts, four Keanu Reeves' "Whoa" out of five to this demonstration. Crazy stuff.

It reminds me that I still need to pick up Guitar Hero, the last time I checked, it was still a bit too expensive for my tastes.

For thoses who never heard of Guitar Hero, you can read about it in this Wikipédia article. Given that it's a description of a videogame, Wikipédia shouldn't too bad of a source, should be better than IGN, in any cases (that's not saying much, I know).
Simply put, it's a rythm game, like Parrapa the Rapper, Dance Dance Revolution or the Samba De Amigo but played with a simplified Guitar.
