Hey. I'm looking for a user friendly database for work. Something like Filemaker pro, in terms of usability. It doesn't have to be extremely powerful - just free, and maintainable by someone who is not extremely computer literate. Some guys at work are looking for a database to be used as an inventory tool, and they want to be able to add, remove and modify fields to their database records. They want to be able to export and import data to and from Microsoft Excel. There should also be some capability for people to view the database contents over the network, preferable through a web interface. If someone knows a good tool that can do this for free, please, let me know.
