Since the scheduled maintenance on January 2018, the forum software has been unable to send email of any kind to users, including password resets, thread digests, and new registration email. I've just discovered the issue while logging in to perform some maintenance tasks that keep things ticking over, and I apologise for not testing email sending functionality as part of the scheduled maintenance that I carried out back in January.
I've now added email delivery to my smoke tests on the development copy of Beyond3D that mirrors the live site, to catch the issue again if it happens. We've actually had the issue before, which means the fix was thankfully swift. Here's the thread for the curious:
