There's no i3 SP4. All 15W U-series SP4 have fans, and the 5W Y-series Core m3 is the only fanless one.
There's something to be said about the SP4's m3 model: on any kind of benchmarks, it's the fastest Skylake Y-series device in the market, easily surpassing the m5 and m7 models from other manufacturers.
Turns out the "left-over" heatsink in the SP4 m3 makes a hell of a difference compared to all those skinny heatsink-less 2-in-1s from Huawei, Asus, Lenovo, etc, even if the later are using much higher-binned CPUs.
With Kaby Lake Intel decided to do some spinning on the names. They now have m3, i5 and i7 all within the 5W Y-series.
