Desktop customization resources!?

Hi,

Let's use this thread and post best OS customization.

I'm a fan of HD Wallpapers, i change almost daily my desktop background 'cause it's boring to see every day same photography.

My current source is: http://hd-wallpapers.eu

I would like to know some premium source for icons. Google results for icons are very poor.
Knows someone good sources for icons?

Now im using win7 my desktop is pretty standard
but back in the xp days i was a big fan of o/s customsiation
