BOY dad Alfie Patten yesterday admitted he does not know how much nappies cost — but said: “I think it’s a lot.”

Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne. He told how he and Chantelle, 15, decided against an abortion after discovering she was pregnant.

    and this...

Parents of 13-year-old father Alfie embroiled in tawdry battle to 'make a packet' from scandal

    ---

    Thoughs!

    Where to start?

    A) Chavs. What can you do? Can't listen, won't listen.
    B) Stop reading the Daily Mail. And The Sun. They're bad for you. Really.
    C) Offspring 13/15 is fairly normal, isn't it, over the course of human history?

I'll try and keep it nice but that girl isnt exactly the best looking, how did he'd ever get it up from that?

Second, I always wonder how its possible to get a unwanted (Assuming for a second she didnt want to get pregnant...) pregnancy given there must be atleast half a dozen (somewhat) reliable ways of avoiding pregnancy even with the guy not doing anything.

Well anyway lets hope the grandparents have more brains than their kids and will take part of most of the parenting untill those kids got atleast some sence of half decent parenting.

Though I agree with that, given that today you dont really have to worry about dieing before 40 years old and you wont finish some decent education before 20 years old I dont think its normal anymore. Or rather, not necesarry anymore.

There was a story on them in today's London Metro which had him saying " I'd like to look after them" but then admitting he didn't know how. There's also a picture of him giving the press the finger.

If only he had done that to his lady friend and not used his cock. This will be the first case where the mother gets child care allowance from the government ..

    ...for the father. :D

Actually I am the dad. Shocking I know but this gravy train is big enough for all of us.

OMG ! She's got 9 babies ..Holy Moly.

Well, my point was purely biological not sociological. I wasn't clear whether or not the OP thought that this 13-year-old kid was some sort of Goddam sexual Tyrannosaurus because of this stunt.

I agree that it's not necessary, and maybe giving kids a decent education before 13 rather than 20 might help them choose better where to stick their party sausages.

She might be below average, but I don't think she's anything out of the ordinary.

Hmm I though Sweden was full of hot chicks?

For some reason the first time I saw that picture the first thing I had to think of when seeing her was:

I'd say some common sense would be enough. But than again, common sense seems to become less and less common.

I'm struggling to believe that kid is 13 - he looks about ten years old.

It is rumoured that all the endless crap about it in the papers has been because the families are trying to get money selling their story which wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

As for the The Sun itself, the only thing worth looking at on their web site is the link to www.page3.com.

At 13, kids look at some other things to get it up.

The dad is super cute, looks like an 8 year old to me. But yes, it shows why sex education at earlier ages is important.

Two other boys have come forward claiming to be the father (16/15). Obviously "16 year old has baby with 15 year old" isn't as good a story as this baby faced 13 year old. Looks like they all want their time in the papers and the "fame & fortune" they think they will get. DNA tests all around it seems!

Don't be surprised at the sensationalist stories from the sensationalist press and the stupid and ignorant who they prey on and sell to.

not as good a story as the man who had to marry that goat IIRC in sudan a couple of years ago, theres a guy who occasionally shags a goat by the firestation in nelson perhaps he should also be made to exchange vows
