sigh, this is really holding back those driving games. I want to badly own a fanatec, but they are hella expensive. It was so much cheaper last gen without having to get the super driving base

Yup, I didn't buy Project Cars because I can't go back to a controller for racing games. Until they can guarantee forward compatibility, I'm not buying another wheel either.

While I wont disagree with you on that point I would say that a forcefeedback wheel makes a hell of a difference it really does
The thought of mine breaking and having to live without one scares me so much i own 4 of them.
