hi,this is my first post here,i am doing my graduation project next semester.my project is an interactive virtual walkthrough of my IT departement.now i am confused as to what language or program i can use,i know i can use VRML,but the graphics aren't too good,someone told me that i can use QUEST3d.pleaase help.i want my project to be kinda like doom but with powerfull graphics.

Why not just make a mod with D3 or whatever other engine?

You played some mods for whatever games? You can make those yourself for many games, the tools are provided for Half-life engine, Doom engine, UT etc. You can find lots of information on the net, as well as the tools needed. With some effort, you could make your project with those, if it's not that complicated (I assume you have no real experience with that from what you're saying).

i need it to have programming.i looked at quest3d but it doesnt have any programming,so what now??

What do you mean no programming? Unreal engine has a whole script language of its own.
