Can Schumacher pull off this time?

oh and dave, maybe alonso did brake early for the chicane, but he had been braking relatively early for every corner in the whole race! DC nearly hit him on the last corner two/three laps before he crashed so why he was surprised when alonso took the corner early i dont know ;)

It was the inconsisency that Coulthard took issue with, afterall if he was braking early at each corner Coulthard could have just passed on the insider or outside!

Renault confirmed that he braked 9m earlier on that that than the previous lap.

Tomorrow's race is going to be interesting with Montoya and Michael neck to neck. Williams are suddenly a strong contender for this year's championship.

Well at least it was good to see a Williams/BMW 1,2. I would have liked Montoya to get the #1 spot but oh well.

So how does that put Williams/BMW in the constructors cup?

Williams are on 2nd place in Constructor race now. They look in excellent form, most imp their cars are looking solid...no engine blowups etc....

dumdi dum dum...
Makinen, Aaltonen, Kinnunen, Kankkunen, Rosberg, Alen, Salonen, Salo, Hakkinen, J.J. Lehto, Mikkola, etc...

(Lancia, Toyota, Mini, Triumph, Williams, McLaren, Peugeot, Audi, Ford, Citroen, Renault, etc...)

did anyone mentioned flying finns?? ;) in old rallying world there was a phrase: "you need a finn, if you want to win" which is extremely easy to understand, if you look at the rallying european / world championship winners since 1960's... (Rally world championships has been driven since late 70's. before that, there was european championship series from early 60's.)

so, yes, I hope Räikkönen (notice the spelling. ;) ) wins tomorrow, but if it is not him, I hope it isn't Michael. Why? well, I hope exciting last races for this season with as many as possible competitors able to stay competive for the title. when Keijo "keke" Rosberg won F1 world championship title (1982) there was more than 4 men able to win it before 2 last races.

and yes, we are talking about Silverstone here, so small rain in the middle of the race could make the top 10 look pretty different pretty easily than anyone can expect... so, well, we see it tomorrow. it will be interesting race in any case. :)

Congrats to Barichello, that was a great drive. Montoya came second, Again! But up to third in championship. Maybe it will be Kimi and Juan Pablo fighting for championship at the end of the year.

Low point of Silverstone, that crazy guy who walk onto the race track. Lucky no accident happend.
