Breakdown of graphics bandwidth usage

(Although xmas' explainations have been mostly excellent, note that 'Bandwidth per frame' is not a term that makes sense to me - although it's an easy mistake to make and I made a similar one while drafting this, and it's possible I'm wrong with my exact specification of the term)
Right, it should be amount of data required per frame, not bandwidth. Or bandwidth per fps, as bandwidth/fps = (data/s) / (frames/s) = data/frame. :D

Well, I'm now officially plotting to work this into a conversation at some point to show how smart I am. ;)

Please do not make my head hurt :D

I refer the honourable gentleman to my answer of yesterday :).

I just have say that I love that answer in the Commons on CSPAN. Right behind the actual god-honest harrumphing. That answer makes it so much harder to badger. Basically says "Listen, pally, I don't give a rats behind how many different ways you ask that question, the answer ain't changing."
