I thought the 'His Love is Real, He is Not' thing was universally recognized as one of the WORST marketing campaigns ever? IIRC, it was pitched as a family friendly E.T. cushy love movie, not the dark gritty disturbing picture it actually was.

edit: btw, one of the reasons I honestly love this forum is for our ability to dynamically (and drastically) shift topic, yet still remain (more or less) intelligent

I loved that trailer, but I'm not talking about it. Well, actually it all kinda started with that trailer. At it's very end you could read some of the film's credits, and you could read that certain "Jeanine Salla" is credited as "Sentient Machine Therapist" I've actually noticed that outright and thought it was just some kind of goof they put there to make it fun for people who notice it. When I checked back at AICN talkback, I've noticed several other people talking about that same thing. Just for the heck of it, I did a google search with her name and found some weird site which turned out to be the starting point to the whole web of 'fake' sites that contained the game tightly woven with AI world. The whole thing exploded soon enough when Harry posted it on the front page of AICN, and several of us from their talkback went to newly formed Cloud Makers Yahoo group and dedicated a lot of time solving the mystery that basically evolved in realtime. Thousands joined soon...
