Yes, once you notice the differences it is fairly obvious but that is comparing stills.

Render distance for vegetation is higher as well as sharpness. The same goes for shadows at longer distances.
too bad experimental has issues with flickering shadows. i havent tried going through every setting setting one to exp and leaving the rest ultra to see which one(s) the best to use for exp and which one(s) you can leave at ultra
 
There is another ligthing bug.
Walking in a tunnel underground...lightning blees through and make flashes in the tunnel FAR from any exit.
Lights in this game needs a rework :yep2:

The reflections in that lake are the leaves right in front of my character (like litteral in his face), they mix bad with like the wagon/house refelction on the on the other side of the lake and move absolutely absurd...

I think what you're seeing might be a kind of "anti reflection". The leaves are occluding the stuff that should be reflected, leaving leaf shaped holes in the SSR that is filled in with cubemap. /baseless speculation.
