I thought you could display games from other stores in Steam?put aw2 on steam and i will get it i just cant do all the different stores

There's a physical release on consoles coming this fall. I guess it'll be a deluxe edition on disc when the last dlc launches.

I'm amazed nobody covers Silent Hill on here. They are practically just like Alan Wake.

Just way cheesier.
Having played both they are totally different experiences. Silent Hill games, at least the original games from team silent, are survival horror games on their own right. They are a very unique experience,not even replicated by the newer games in the series when the developers switched.
Didn't play AW2 yet but the first to me, felt like Uncharted with a different theme. Didn't experience a survival horror element but was atmospheric, like a Steven King novel based movie. AW1 was a linear experience going from point A to point B. Pretty much like Uncharted with a flashlight and supernatural entities instead of humans
Now I will finally buy it

I have yet to try the DLC, but I last played the main game in October. I found it boring, but there is a horror itch needing scratched.

It's announcements like this that make me glad I'm generally a year or two behind on playing the latest games.
I bought the game and stopped playing it after checking out how it looks with ray tracing maxed out. My 3080 just can't handle it. It looks so much better, even though the game looks all around amazing even with the graphics at normal/low. Figured I'd wait for the 5080 to see if I'd upgrade, but honestly not sure I can afford it. Will have to see what real pricing and supply look like.
