That looks to be correct.
Even the image file name has "Radeon Pro Duo" in it.
Looks effectively identical to the 2016 Radeon Pro Duo, 3 8-pin included.
While early images of that Vega dev board clearly show a 6+8-pin setup.
Based on rumors of a top-tier Vega having a CLC, I could've believed that card was Vega if it didn't have 3x 8-pin connectors. 2x 8-pin would be plenty for a halo-tier CLC-equipped single-Vega card.

AMD seems very committed on giving people a lot of time to save up for Vega though.
Maybe the hbm problem don't let then ship it or maybe a problem with the hbc? The card is working with good performance since months ago.

AMD had a fully functioning Polaris 11 card in early January 2016 which they showed at CES Battlefront side-by-side with a GTX 950, yet the first actual P11 card only went for sale about 8 months later.
RTG hasn't been great on execution IMO.
Maybe they've been using roadmaps with very relaxed dates so they won't risk deceiving the investors, but if the cards are actually up and running before that, they're not agile enough to push forward the release dates.

Remember that there were rumors that SK Hynix want able to supply enough 2 Gbps HBM2. They only had the 1.6 Gbps stuff on their latest catalog, which gives Vega 10 a middling 410 GB/s.

Folks were hoping that removal of 2 Gbps options meant that AMD was hogging all of it since they are pretty honey-honey with SK Hynix.

Polaris released on time. Vega is about six months late as per AMD's roadmaps.
Perhaps you could say that AMD's roadmaps were too aggressive (as both Vega and Navi seem to have slipped), but they were publicly shared at official AMD events.

Very roughly comparable to a GF 1080, apparently, but only running at 1GHz base and 1.2GHz Turbo if the info tab is to be believed.
Let alone that in addition, "projected roadmap, subject do change" should be an hint as to dont read much on them outside " year " or "half year."

Can't really say they are late by a generic road map like that, but we can say they are late in the eyes of consumers lol.
I think Navi will still come out in 1st half of 2018, first will be the replacement of Polaris line.

From a video posted in wccftech comment section of a timespy benchmark of presumably the Vega sample earlier seen on compubench and others, the URL was correct and leads to an AMD generic VGA with 1.2Ghz clock on core and 700Mhz on 8GB of memory,
