Wmvhd and windows 2003 SP1

It seems even armed with Sp1, windows 2003 stills doesn't like to play with my 6600GT to accel wmvhds, like it does in xp.
I read a bunch of times that WMP 10 was supposed to fix that.
Is there some problem with W2k3 and wmvs?
Before someone asks if I have hardware accell enable, I assure you I have everything enabled.
Or perhaps there is a reg key I need to fudge with?

Don't you need to buy that HD video package thingy decoder whatsitscalled from Nvidia too in order to enable the video processor we've already paid for?

Err I thought you can play the WMV HD stuff if you have a computer and WMV 10!!

Well I guess I will find out I am downloading the T2 trailer in 1080p mode. 117 mb! Probably gonna me like a 2 minute trailer if that!!!

Well just to let you guys know I ran the T2 trailer in HD format and it works fine but then again I dont own an nvidia graphics card so I wont know about nvidia having you to buy some additional software.
