crap, the PSN still on and off and on and off..

Tricks that keeps successing for me.
1. after the game say PSN is offline (keep the game run in background).
2. open PS Store in PS4. It will say error whatever
3. open PS Store again and it will sloooooowly load. no need to wait it completely load
4. login the game.

mmm yes/no?

Public IPs for home users are mostly done by some sort of dynamic assignment, since its "easier" for the ISP. But you can pay to have a static from most of them. Some smaller ones, thought it would be easier to track it manually and give out static ip's instead of running a dhcp server

But anything that is supposed to be accessible 24/7 has static ip's if possible.

For most homes and smb/soho businesses its dynamic ips for the WAN connection. Larger than that, its static ip's.
