Where to find a list of GPU features

Is there anywhere a list of full GPU specs for all GPUs? Specifically I'm looking for a list of GPUs that support Cube Mapping. Every table I've come across thus far for comparisons and specs only has pixel and vertex performances, and not other features.

I haven't checked, but doesn't the table on this site do what you want it to do?

Also, any DX7-compliant or later graphics chip supports cube mapping.

Curious: for what purpose do you need this information?

The Beyond3D table lists every processor but not features - only hardware pretty much.

I want to know as I'm writing some educational software and I'd like to know recommended specs for best quality. Use of cube mapping makes quite a difference compared with spherical mapping.

Cube Mapping? Probably ATi Radeon 256/VE+, nVidia GeForce 256/MX+, S3 Savage 2000+, Matrox Parhelia/P-series+ and 3Dfx Rampage

Kyro2 is the last chip that doesn't support cube mapping, if i remember well.
