Where/how do I find a good busted laptop deal?

I'm trying to find either an Inspiron E1705 or 9400 with hopefully a smashed LCD or something that I can strip for parts. I'm really having trouble finding a replacement viddy card for my wife's laptop for under $250, but I've come close to finding some complete E1705s for cheaper...I just gotta find one with a decent viddy card.

I'm mainly trying Ebay because that's all I can think of, any advice?

Why not just wait for Black Friday and buy a new laptop for $300?

Because I like this one and want to fix her up, I can't see scrapping her over just this!

PC aren't just things to me remember.

Dells are not worth fixing up...

If it was a Toshiba Qosmio then it's understandable.
