Hyundai (ImageQuest) N240d.
It's not listed on Hyundai IQ's site at all, here's the specs what a shop lists for it:

Size: 24" (wide)
Resolution: 1920 x 1200
Contrast: 3000:1
Brightness: 400 cd/m²
Response time: 2 ms
Viewing Angle: 170°/160°
Aspect Ratio: 16:10
Colors: 16.7 Milj.
Horizontal Frequency: 31- 80 kHz
Vertical Frequency: 56 - 75 Hz
Inputs: 1 x D-Sub, 1 x DVI-D, 1 x HDMI
Weight: 9.9 kg

So it's a TN panel - but still, something has to be wrong with it when Samsung 226BW is the exact same price in that shop

Google gives me next to no results at all on that name, closest match would be Hyundai N240WD but the shop has that too (and at noticeably more expensive price) so it can't be the same

I'm seeing a lot of French related posts when doing a google search. It could very well be a good deal. For example, I snagged a couple of $700 dollar Doublesights that are H-IPS panels and 26". An unbelievable offer, but there it is, and they have gotten great reviews as well as Anandtech's backing. Sometimes good deals are just that, good deals. Don't quote me on this one though... :p.
