The AA & AF looks far beyond what the Xbox 360 capable of doing.

Other than that, everything else is within Xbox 360 territory.

The textures are not the weakest thing imo. They need to fix the proportions. Just look at the guys arms in the first pic, or the size of guns. That`s why it looks weird for me.

How are you determining the AA from significantly downscaled screenshots? And even if they had uber AA, it could very well be a PR bullshot. And as for AF... that is so 2005 AF quality in recent games has been quite good by many, many accounts (I know, because I have been chasing them down).

Back on topic...Will these title see the light of day in 2007? My guess is no.
