Warhawk: A combination of Halo, Crimson Skies, and Star Wars

I hope it turns out better than Mace Griffen: Bounty Hunter. Im sure it will. I have a big nostalgic spot for the first game. I remember renting a ps1 at Blockbuster ($299 was alot of money back in 1995) along with warhawk and destruction derby. I was blown away. I can't imagine how bad those games would look to me today.

Really looking forward to this one.
They name some of my fav this gen, hope it will do great in each aspect as opposite of StarWars and RebelStrike its not well... StarWars

warhawk, colony wars, and the second TR were my favorite PS1 games. Glad to see them revive some IP thats actually worth it.

I would much rather play the "Warhawk" part of the game, not Halo or Starwars mixed and matched.

Games like that usually... I hate em. N64 Shadows of the Empire was the best experience with those mixed games. Yet, that one was frustrating with bad controls and I never came close to finishing it.

Agreed. I made it to that train level and it was just too damn frustrating so I gave up. Speaking of which I've never played Warhawk but I'm certainly looking forward to trying it out on PS3.

Am I the only one that thinks the article is probably taking the Halo name drop way out of context? When I think of Warhawk I dont think FPS. The cut scene with the soldier was likely representing just that, a cut scene.
