Viability of a portable xbox one

Xbox one is selling more than 360 did at this point of its time but playstation is smashing all records. 2016 was the year when microsoft decided to make its games available on PC , making xbox as a platform that isnt bound by the hardware. All said microsoft lacks innovative new IPs and with the recent craze of switch as a portable hybrid , microsoft has the opportunity to create a portable xbox with the indie and 3rd party support that the switch may never get.

Amd very low power APU is years away.
And still it will need games specifically coded to a platform.

There is also GPD Win. And Steam is much better than xbox platform.

Horrifically slowly. You'd need UWP games running on ARM Windows.
