From what I've read, the opposite of poverty is on the rise. Policement, teachers, doctors are all getting paid multiples of what they were prior to the liberation. I'm unsure of the status of payments to the ex-army people (I thought their "benefits" recently ran out, though one of the Iraqi bloggers stated all but the top baathists are employed or still pulling down money).
Also, the opposite of disease is on the rise, also. The US underwent a massive vaccination campaign (no doubt with an ulteriour motive to inject mind control drugs) recently, spending more on preventative healthcare than Saddam's regime spent in the past 12 years. Doctors are actually being paid reasonable amounts now, so they don't have to drive taxis to feed their families.
