Text editor where you can change background color

I'm looking for a text editor, like notepad, but where you can change the background color, font color and ofcourse font size. Is there a?

A quick check here indicates that both NEdit and Programmers Notepad support such features.

A bit more checking indicates that Notepad just uses the standard Windows text background color, which you can, at least under WinXP, change under Display Properties > Appearance > Advanced; the XP version of Notepad also allows you to set font & font size (but not background color) within the editor itself.

I use textpad. Even supports color marking when I'm scripting.
